Alex Metric es uno de los Dj y productores británicos más importantes de 2010. Remixó temas de artistas como U2, Gorillaz, Bloc Party, La Roux, Alphabeat y Ladyhawke. Hizo maravillas con los sound system de las discotecas más importantes del mudo y tocó en festivales como Glastonbury, V y Exit. También es el Dj residente en el programa de la Radio 1 de la BBC “In New DJs We Trust” y este año lanzará su primer álbum.

He came to prominence in 2008 after being voted 'Best Remixer of the Year' by London radio station XFM. In 2009, Metric joined Radio 1's 'In New DJs We Trust' with his first show on June 12th 2009. In January 2010 Clash Music magazine ranked him at number two in their list of the best DJs of 2010.

He has graced the sound systems of every major club in the world and is a regular at various European music festivals including Glastonbury, Exit and V Festival. More recently Alex Metric has begun producing his own original tracks as well as remixing other artists. In 2010, he announced that he would be embarking on a new live show with himself as lead-vocalist.

On Tuesday 13th July he will play an exclusive South American show at HYPE in Kika, Buenos Aires.
